Coyote Creek is a luxury 2500 square foot custom built private chalet (not a duplex) which has everything that you will need for a stress-free winter vacation. Cozy and welcoming, the chalet was built and finished to very high standards with log accents inside and outside, heated floors, and charming decor and artwork. Its ski-in, ski-out location is among the best on the hill - right on the ski run and close to all the amenities that Big White has to offer.  A huge wall of windows along the entire dining room and living room frame the spectacular 180 degree unobstructed view of the beautiful Monashee mountains and valley. You don't even need to leave the comfort of the fireplace to enjoy the regular fireworks displays down the hill in Happy Valley. The fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has everything that you will need. And the large stone fireplaces will keep you cozy when you are finished playing in the snow.  Glass doors on the main level lead to a deck and BBQ. A luxurious large master bedroom is located upstairs, for your privacy, and has a heavenly king size bed with down duvet, stone fireplace, walk-in closet, and full ensuite. The upstairs loft has a beautiful view and is set up as a cozy, quiet spot to curl up and read or play chess. There is a second living area and master bedroom on the lower level. This makes the chalet’s design perfect for families with children. Adults can enjoy a gourmet meal, watch a movie, listen to music or enjoy a glass of wine by the fire upstairs while the kids are happily watching movies or playing games downstairs. The downstairs level has an additional 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a games room/den (with sofa-bed), and laundry facilities. One of these bedrooms is a second master bedroom with a queen size bed, down duvet and full ensuite. This makes the cabin perfectly set up for 2 couples with children. Glass doors off the den/games room lead to the private 8 person hot tub, which will sooth your tired muscles after a day on the slopes. Private chalet with 2500 square feet on three levels.

Top Floor: Large, luxurious master bedroom with king size bed, down duvet, full ensuite with soaker tub and heated floors, stone fireplace, TV and DVD player, carpeted floors and large walk-in closet. Cozy loft with comfortable chair and ottoman to curl up and read a book (some books are available). Also, a quaint, rustic table and chairs and beautiful chess set are permanently set up in a private corner of the loft.

Main Level: Open concept area with a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with sit-up bar with seating for 4 and a TV, dining room to seat up to 8 people, living room with large stone fireplace. large flat screen TV, stereo and DVD player, large entrance area with coat closet, and separate entrances from outside and from heated 2-car garage. Powder room off the entrance. Heated floors in entrance, powder room and kitchen. Carpet through remainder.

Lower Level: 3 additional bedrooms (including 2nd master bedroom) with down duvets, side entrance from outside with large boot room/dressing area, large games room/den, queen size sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, and laundry.  TVs and DVD players in games room/den and in all bedrooms.  Bedrooms and games room/den are carpeted.


Sleeping Areas & Beds

Each of the 4 large bedrooms have down duvets, TV sets and DVD players. Two of the bedrooms are master bedrooms with private ensuites - one is located upstairs for privacy and has a beautiful stone fireplace and large walk-in closet.

This queen size sofa bed sleeps 2 and is located in the downstairs games room/den. A full bathroom is located across the hall. Bedding, pillows and duvet are provided. TV and DVD player are located in this room.


Main floor powder room

Powder room with sink, vanity, toilet and heated floors. Located off the entry hall and close to the living room, dining room and kitchen. Basic supplies provided including soap, toilet paper and hair dryer.

Upper floor master ensuite

Private ensuite bathroom for the upper level master bedroom with heated floors and soaker tub.

Lower level master bedroom ensuite

Private ensuite bathroom for the 2nd master bedroom with heated floors and soaker tub.

Lower level bathroom

Full bathroom located on the lower level adjacent to the bunk room, down the hall from the twin room and across from the games room/den.


This fully equipped gourmet kitchen has solid pine cabinets with lots of storage, high quality full size stainless steel appliances, heated floors, a TV, a wide range of small applicances including a sandwich maker, waffle maker, blender, Bullet mixer, crock-pot, automatic coffee machine, an espresso machine, and ample cookware and serving ware.  The eating bar is equipped with 4 bar stools and has a view of the cooking action as well as the kitchen TV. The huge wall of windows across the entire front of the house ensures a sunny, bright work area and provides a beautiful view of the Monashee mountains.  The BBQ is located just off the adjacent deck for your convenience.

Living Area

The living room on the main floor is spacious and cozy with a huge wall of windows and a spectacular unobstructed view of the Monashee mountains, lovely artwork and a large stone natural gas fireplace. The living room contains large, comfortable furniture including a couch and two leather chairs. The beautiful designer entertainment unit houses a large flat screen TV, DVD player, VHS player, CD player and stereo and speakers.  DVDs and CDs are not provided.

The lower level games room/den has a large games table with chairs, 2 comfortable sofas, a queen size sofa bed, large TV, DVD player, VHS player, stereo, CD player and speakers, several games, a small drink fridge (down the hall), an adjacent bathroom, an adjacent ski boot room/dressing area with a dehumidifier, and an adjacent deck with 8 person hot tub. Towels for the hot tub are provided. DVDs and CDs are not provided.

Dining Area

In this open concept space, the dining area is located adjacent to both the kitchen and the living room.  Like the living room, the dining area has a wall of windows highlighting the beautiful view of the Monashee mountains. There is a charming rustic style solid wood hutch and matching table and chairs. The table comfortably seats 8 people. An additional 4 people can be accomodated at the adjacent kitchen bar.

Special Features

This chalet has beautiful views from most rooms and a spacious and functional floor plan which lends itself beautifully to two families with children. There are two master bedrooms with ensuites for the adults and two additional bedrooms and a queen size sofa bed for the kids.  One of the master bedrooms is situated for privacy on the third level - away from the action and perfect for those who choose to retire early, read by the fireplace, or sleep in and let others pursue first tracks. The lower level is great for entertaining the kids with a games room, large TV and DVD player. On the main floor adults can prepare a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen and then relax in the cozy living room with a movie, some music or a glass of wine by the fire.  There is also a private 8 person hot tub located on the lower deck.

Non-Smokers Only - Smoking is not permitted inside or on the decks.
Seniors - We welcome seniors. However, access to the bedrooms requires the ability to use stairs.
Young Adult Groups 17-24 With Accompanying Age-Eligible Adult(s) - We welcome young adults age 17-24 only when accompanied by adults who meet our minimum age requirement.

Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties - Absolutely no grad, stag or stagette parties allowed.
Pets - No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Smoking Inside NOT Permitted - No smoking is allowed inside our property.
Subleased Tenants - Subleasing to other tenants not permitted.
Wheelchairs - Property cannot accommodate wheelchair use and wheelchair access.
Young Adult Only Groups 17-24 - young adult only groups age 17-24 are NOT permitted.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days - Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Booking & Arrival Deadline - Must book and pay full balance at least 45 daysbefore your arrival date.
Cancellations Made by Guests - All payments are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for re-booked dates at the re-booked price and are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Cancellations Made by Owners - We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to a late payment or if you violate any of our published policies. All payments are non-refundable.
Courtesy Hold Reservations - Not accepted. Reservations are confirmed with payment.
Delayed Arrivals - Sorry, no refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information - Check-in and arrival instructions will be emailed upon balance payment.
Guest Account Termination - The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Identification Documents - We and our in-resort contacts reserve the right to ask all Guests for identification (one with photo) before or during their stay, to confirm their eligibility to book and stay in our property.
Guest Stay Contract - By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and you acknowledge that you have legally accepted, read, understood, agree with, and will comply with our publicly advertised policies (including payment terms) on our web site.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal - The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments - Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy - The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Reservation Changes - Please contact us if you need to lengthen or shorten your reservation, and we will do what we can to accommodate. Changes are not guaranteed, and refunds may be treated in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please note that your deposit for your revised reservation is calculated on your original reservation amount.

Complaints Concerning Property - Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs - Guests authorize a credit card charge for excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise - Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund. Please be considerate of your neighbours.
Garbage Removal - Guests are responsible for removing garbage to the disposal area.
Housekeeping Provided before arrival and after departure. Guests staying more than 10 days will receive fresh linens after each 7th day. Additional housekeeping may be available on request at your expense.
Internet Availability & Usage - Illegal downloads forbidden. Should we receive notification that such activity has occurred, the Guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability - We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any other location.
Locking Door - Guests are required to securely lock all doors, entrances and windows when they are not in the unit or upon departure.
Maintenance Emergencies - Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity - 11 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions - No noise after 10pm. You will be fined by security if your party and your guests disrupt other guests. In addition, guests will be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting from noise complaints. After 10 PM, please ensure that your conversations in the hot tub or elsewhere outside are quiet to ensure that the neighbours are not disturbed.
Policy Updates - Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage - Guests authorize credit card charge for actual damages and for any missing items. When applicable, we will discuss additional charges directly with you, and your credit card will be charged for the cost of damage or missing items.
Rental Accommodation Zoning - This property is legally zoned for either short term or long term rental accomodation
Resort Information - Provided in check-in and arrival instructions email, upon balance payment.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage - Secure equipment storage is in the heated garage. Please do not bring equipment into the chalet. Damage or excessive cleaning to the property due to your equipment will result in extra charges to your credit card.
Terms of Eviction - The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise or otherwise disturbing the peace, pets, property damage, illegal behaviour, and the presence of more overnight guests than permitted under the terms of this rental policy.
Guarantees Policies

Reservation Guarantee - In the event of property sale, property damage or double booking, I will make every effort to relocate you to a comparable property at no additional expense to you. If we are unable to relocate you, you will receive a refund of the full amount paid to us. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself from any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vaction-related events.
Snow Guarantee - We cannot guarantee snow conditions, which are out of our control. If there is a mountain closure during your winter stay, please contact us about a partial refund, which may be possible but not guaranteed.
Weather Guarantee - We cannot guarantee weather conditions, which are out of our control. Sorry, no refunds.
