THE MOUNTAINSkiers and riders will love Big White’s combination of award-winning snow, accessible accommodation and varied après-ski activities. Big White really does have some of Canada’s snow – often very dry and constantly refreshed, with a solid average 250 cm. annual base. Skiers and riders of all abilities will find an extensive world-class mountain with tremendous variety, excellent grooming, and simple navigation. Families will love the easy, rolling terrain at Black Forest and The Bullet. Intermediates can safely enjoy endless cruisers and the upper meadows. Experts will appreciate the long bump runs and tons of very challenging tree skiing on Powder Chair or Gem Lake. Huge steeps and couloirs await the truly adventurous on The Cliff. There are also several hidden powder bowls for those willing to hike and traverse a little. Those hungry for rails and big air will gravitate to Telus Park, one of BC’s top terrain parks.
