4. Minor maintenance, security, inspection with photo verification, walkway snow removal, garbage/recycling removal and painting services available at competitive rates.
5. Established contractor network for major repairs and renovations.
6. Full-time on mountain manager for timely customer service calls.
7. Hot tub maintenance available from partner companies.
8. Insured, licensed and registered with WorkSafe BC.
